July 4th Events in the King of Prussia Area


King of Prussia is a sophisticated suburb just West of Philadelphia. It is a great place to celebrate the Fourth of July with many fireworks displays and community events. Featuring great shopping and fine dining, you can’t go wrong if you cruise out to King of Prussia in your new Acura from Montgomeryville Acura. Here are just a few of the exciting events happening on the Fourth of July this year:

One of the largest fireworks shows near King of Prussia is at Radnor High School. A donation is requested to enter the High School grounds. These donations go to support the Radnor Scholarship Fund. The Festival starts at 7 pm with plenty of food vendors, games and music. The incredible pyrotechnics start at dusk.

Held in the beautiful Wilson Farm Park adjacent to the Chesterbrook condos in King of Prussia, this celebration features a concert by the West Chester Community Concert Band. Starting at 7 pm, the Band will play a host of patriotic selections so you can celebration American Independence. The fireworks start at dusk. This event is free to the public.

Upper Merion
Celebrate all day at Heuser Park in Upper Merion. At 3 pm, the festival begins with carnival rides, games and food. Proceeds from the concessions go to support Upper Merion Relay for Life. At 4:45 pm, the Mango Men, a Jimmy Buffet tribute band, take the stage. Fireworks light up the night sky at dusk. This event is free to the public.

Narbareth is a cozy Victorian hamlet nestled in the Main Line. They host one of the largest fireworks displays in the region on the Fourth of July. From 10 am to 2 pm, the town holds a carnival with games, rides, contests and even a dunking booth. There is a baby parade through the town center and a pie eating contest. In the evening, the Zing Kings perform at 7:30 pm and the amazing fireworks begin at dusk.


Philly 4th of July Jam & Fireworks
If you are really adventurous, you can drive into the city in your Acura to see the incredible concert and fireworks at the Philadelphia Art Museum. At 7 pm, the concert begins featuring the Roots, Ed Sheeran, Nicki Minaj and many others. Once the concert is over, you will be treated to a spectacular pyrotechnics showcase that befits the city where American liberty was born. The fireworks start at about 10:30 pm.
